Tessa H Douglas (she/her) is a Mexican-American administrator, artist, and educator. She was born and raised in Steeler Nation, otherwise known as Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Currently, she resides in New Jersey where she works as an Audience Services Supervisor at PAC NYC. She is also a 2024 Access Fellow. The Access Fellowship is a highly selective free fellowship program for underrepresented minorities (URMs), women, and under-resourced individuals interested in an MBA program.
She is passionate about championing the arts as a space for connection, representation, and powerful storytelling, where both artists and audiences alike can find a voice and a community to thrive in.
